Service Policies

We currently offer sessions all via HIPAA compliant Zoom and in person.  Morgan Grace also offers trauma healing intensives that vary from 2 hour sessions up to 3 days of one on one work depending on goals and needs.  These intensives are held in a beautiful, serene space in the Hill Country with access to trails and other treatments including reiki, sound healing,  and trauma conscious yoga sessions. See Trauma Healing Intensives and Retreats section for more information.

We don't take insurance, but can provide super bills upon request which you may submit for potential out of network reimbursement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give at least 24 hours notice.  Failure to do so will result in charge of full session fee.   This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

Payments are run the day of your session, or can be paid in advance.
