My Journey
Hello! My name is Dr. Brandon Crosdale, and I’ve always had a deep desire to connect with and understand people. That curiosity led me to pursue a career in physical therapy, personal training, and ultimately, a deeper exploration into lifestyle medicine.
After earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, completing a residency, and becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist, I felt well-prepared to help people recover from pain, surgeries, and injuries. However, I quickly realized that many of the individuals I worked with weren’t just dealing with acute issues — they were facing chronic, complex conditions that impacted them both physically and mentally. This realization combined with my own journey of living with chronic pain fueled my pursuit of advanced training, leading me to become certified as a Therapeutic Pain Specialist in 2019.
In recent years, research has continued to highlight the powerful connection between lifestyle, mindset, the nervous system, and chronic pain. Inspired, I immersed myself in the latest science — reading extensively, attending every training I could, and learning from pioneers in pain neuroscience, lifestyle medicine, and health coaching.
Throughout my work, I’ve seen firsthand how crucial social and emotional intelligence are to the healing process. By fostering strong communication, empathy, and trust, I help patients build greater self-determination and self-efficacy — empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.
Working closely with high-performing individuals — many of them struggling with chronic pain and stress, including those at Apple’s Austin campus — gave me the opportunity to refine a holistic, results-driven approach that blends physical therapy, personalized coaching, and sustainable wellness strategies. Nothing is more fulfilling than helping someone who once felt stuck and frustrated move forward — regaining freedom, energy, and confidence in their body and their life.
